your on-going requirements with a view to introducing these
into our schedule, thus maintaining our efficiency.
- Liaise with you as and when quality candidates become
available to ensure that they may be introduced for current
or forthcoming vacancies.
- As each vacancy arises, take a detailed job specification
from you to ensure that all your company's requirements
will be met.
- Set in place a discreet advertising schedule seeking
ideal applicants.
- Having sourced potential candidates, assess their relevant
experience and suitability for your vacancy.
- Present the cv’s of only appropriately qualified
candidates to you for consideration - Archangel will not waste your valuable time.
- Having identified those candidates you wish to interview,
we will organise interviews, ensure the candidate is fully
briefed in respect of the vacancy and ensure that we keep
in contact with both parties to ensure a smooth recruitment
process.
Fees only become payable when you appoint
a candidate sourced by Archangel.
